trust beetween win2003 and win2000 domain in seperate forest and seperate company

i want to create two way  a trust relation ship beetween win2003 domain and win2000 domain which is in seperate forest and situated remotly but connected by vpn. can any one send me the step by step details of how to do it.

not sure if this is detailed enough for you, but if you have good knowledge of AD it should be rather simple
