Hi guys!

I've changed my laptop and I have a question regarding the adress book.  On my old laptop, when I was entering an adress in the "TO" filed, it was suggesting me the recipient.  For exemple, when I was pressing "J", the name "John, jane, joseph, ... appeared automaticly.

Is there a way to import this list in my new laptop?

Thanks!

Greetings, polycorjsp !

Autocomplete list comes from two sources, the nickname file and the contacts list.  You can get the contacts list when you import the PST file.

The nicknames are kept in a NK2 file.  With Outlook close, search for *.NK2 and copy the file.  .NK2 file is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder. It is a hidden file. Go to any folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders".  Click OK.

Best wishes!
