Here is the support page for this laptop. The drivers can be found under the DOWNLOADS section. From there you can specify which ones you need

Exactly which drivers are you missing. XP would have found most hardware and installed its own driver set.

The chipset driver should cover most of those missing drivers. According to the details on this laptop it has the
Mobile Intel® 945GM Express Chipset
You might want to try the Intel drivers for this chipset, 3rd one down in the list.

This driver is the only one I found on the intel site for the ethernet controller, which is an Intel Pro100 VE according to Toshiba.

Winklez-->did you download the 3 drivers on that line for the Mobile Intel® 945GM Express Chipset. The 3rd one is the Intel storage  matrix driver which should work. If it didn't work let me know.
The PCI device may be the modem. To investigate this look in the device manager for a modem. If none are present, my guess would be it needs the drivers from toshiba in the first link I posted here http://tinyurl.com/y24n9y

I just realized what the MASS STORAGE CONTROLLER is.
Its the 5-in-1 Bridge Media Adapter for the Secure Digital, Memory Stick™, Memory Stick PRO™,Multi Media Card, xD Picture Cards.
The slots just below the PCMCIA slot on the left. I have to do some research on this to find the proper driver.

I did not find the driver for the Mass Storage Controller specific to this laptop. What service pack version is on this XP install? You may need to do the update to SP2 if it wasn't there already.

YEAH THE SP2 FIXED THE TWO (pci device and mass storage controller) but i finilly realised that the sound driver (audi device on high definition audio bus) was also not installed! secondly the touchpad does work! i can only able to control the mouse when an external mouse is attached!

The Mass Storage is the Texas Instruments TIPCIxx12 card bus controler.
