Hi mcrmg,

For question #1:
Start Outlook in Safe Mode.
Click the Start button and type this in the Open box field. Please add the quotes.
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\Outlook.exe" /safe

If that works check your addins:
In Outlook click Tools ~ Options ~ Other ~ Advanced Options ~ Addin Manager.
Uncheck all and restart Outlook. If things work normal, check each addin one by one and restart to see which one is causing the problem.

Check to see if save replies with origional message in other than the inbox is checked.
On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. In the Options dialog box, click E-mail Options on the Preferences tab.
3. In the E-mail Options dialog box, click Advanced E-mail Options.
4. In the Advanced E-mail Options dialog box, click to clear the In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message check box, and then click OK until you return to the Outlook main window.

Try creating a new profile.
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double click the mail icon. If you do not see the mail icon, click Switch to Classic View.
3. In the Mail Setup dialog box, click Show Profiles.
4. On the General tab, click Prompt for a profile to be used, and then click Add.
5. Type in a name for the new profile in and then click OK.
6. In the E-mail Accounts dialog box, click Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
7. Click the appropriate server type for your new e-mail account, and then click Next.
8. Type your account information in the required boxes, and then click Next.
9. Click Finish, and then click OK.

Register the INETCOMM.DLL
Clikc the Start  button and select Run
Type regsvr32 INETCOMM.DLL

Repair the pst file:
You can find the Inbox Repair Tool, scanpst.exe, here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033
or
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033
Double click it and browse to your pst file located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\<login name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Question #2:
Are you asking to catch all email sent to the domain?
This isn't easy with Exchange but, can be done with  a script.
