I found the solution

 Dim li As TableLogOnInfo = New TableLogOnInfo()

            li.ConnectionInfo.ServerName = "servername"
            li.ConnectionInfo.UserID = "userid"
            li.ConnectionInfo.Password = "password"
            CrystalReportViewer1.ReportSource = CrystalReportSource1
