How to send two parameters in HyperLinkColumn?

Hi, How to send two parameters in HyperLinkColumn?

here is my column:

<asp:HyperLinkColumn DataNavigateUrlField="Customer_ID" DataNavigateUrlFormatString="employee.aspx?id={0}"
     DataTextField="Customer_ID" HeaderText="ID" DataTextFormatString="Deny"></asp:HyperLinkColumn>

there is only one parameter "id" to transmit!

Please help.

That does not work, from where it get the second parameter value!

I cannot find this step:
Choose NavigateUrl on the left hand list and then choose "Custom Binding
expression" -- this is where you put something like:
