possible to write to microsoft access file (MDB) with PHP

I would like to know if it is possible to write to a local MDB file, via our website  using PHP

Yes it is.  Please look at the PDO Functions.  I believe you'll have to use the php_pdo_odbc.dll extension to access .mdb files.
