cannot reach the internet through my wireless network

I have a persistent problem.  I have a router both a work and at home.  I can see my networks both at home and at work.  They have the same name.

However, I get messages that say with windows in charge...limted or no connectivity.  I have tried with a intel proset and its says cannot get an ip address.

Either way, I cannot connect to the internet using my router but, I can connect to the neighbors unsecured network.  What do I need to do to connect to my own networks either at work or at home

Is security enabled on both the one at home and the one at work?  If so, are they security keys set to the same thing?  If they are not then this could be the problem.  I would verify and make sure that the security keys are set to the same.  

You could also change the SSID at home to one different from work, thus if the keys are different your laptop won't care.

Security numbers are the same

I restored my computer to an earler time and it now works fine
