Why are you trying to remove the org?
If the Exchange server has failed why not just do a disaster recovery installation on to the replacement machine?

Are you using THE administrator account or an equivalent? If it is an equivalent, then change to THE administrator account.

Simon,

The Exchange is from tha same machime then later migrated to another machine and not long after that the new exchange machine fail, so i guess i need to remove everything reated to exchange from here and redo the whole thing in another machine.

* With administrator account

The failure of the Exchange server still doesn't mean you need to remove the org. Simply install Exchange and then clean up afterwards. It would seem that you are trying to make this job more complicated than it needs to be.

As for hacking around inside adsiedit, that is not something that I would advise.
Your best option may well be to call Microsoft and pay their fee. They will then tell you everything that you need to know.

Simon.

Simon,

i have a dc used to have exchange connecting to it and as soon as the exchange was migrated to another machine, it fails, i manage to recover it from back up but here were so many errors, i try to reinstall it but it mention that the exchange existed in the server so i tried to remove it yet errors like this appears "setup failed while installing sub-componet microsoft exchange organisation-level container object with error code 0xc1037ae6", i know there is a lot of other way to solve it, the easy way out was to redo everything from fresh but with that we can never understand how to solve that error mentioned.
