small business server 2000 can't be installed while internet connection sharing is enabled

hi,
im trying to install the sql portion of the windows sbs 2000, when i goto the beging the sbs setup from disk it says the following:
"small business server 2000 can't be installed while internet connection sharing is enabled", however, i only have 1 network connection, the ethernet connection to the firewall/router.
and went i went into properties there was no 'sharing' tab to edit

Hello,

If you open the services applet (services.msc) do you see an Internet Connection Sharing Service?  If so, disable it.
