Why would you want to integrate JBoss into Eclipse? I think it is better to use them separately. JBoss might crash a few times a day because of multiple redeploys. If you integrate the two, then the two would crash.

Never seen this happening. Eclipse forks a process to debug/run jboss.

Download the JBoss Eclipse IDE.. it comes with Eclipse 3.2 and JBoss support

http://www.jboss.org/products/jbosside

The site has the dowload as well as the required instructions!!

I prefer to deploy JBoss separately, and then remotely debug from eclipse. That way I have beeter control on both the processes. Also, Eclipse with JBoss tends to HOG memory, and the system becomes really slow. So I would advise deploying JBoss separately and then do a remote socket connect from Eclipse.
(To enable remote scoket connect for debug, you will need to modify the run.conf file in JBoss - bin directory)
