Connect Plasma to Computer. Which graphics card and what do I need?

Hello guys! I have a question about my soon to be setup (hopefully).

---I have a PANASONIC TH-42PX50U. And would like to connect my computer to it.
----It is a SOYO the motherboard says SY-P4I845PE. (It is barebones, I think??)
---I have found DDR Pc3200 memory for it, a 1gig and a 512mb.

I have 3 graphics cards to choose from (BFriday already got them, will return rest).

--ATI RADEON 9550 AGP 8x/4x
VGA connector for analog CRT tv. S-Video. DVI-I
Refresh Rate for 16:9 is 75Hz------>Do I match this with the TV??

--ATI  RADEON 1300 PRO 8x/4x
Requires AGP 8x slot-----------> Soyo says 4x transfer, so I cant use this graphics card?
DVI connector for crt or flat panel. VGA for analog
     Memory Configuration 256 DDR2 +128-bit interlace.--->>I need DDR2 memory?

--VERTO by PNY GEFORCE FX 5200 AGP 8x
    VGA +VGA+S-Video outputs.
Maximum display res 2048x1536x32bpp at 85Hz
Flat Panel display support res 1600x1200 with VGAinput needed in computer
AGP 2.) slot-------------->do I have that? Manual says supports agp 2.0

I don't know much about this stuff, any help would be appreciated. I
don't know what else the computer needs though? Here is a picture of it.

Do I need to buy anything else, I've got memory, hard drive, graphics card?

My tv has HDMI, component, and s-Video. Don't know about DVI? Thank you

All 3 video cards will do the work :) This one ATI  RADEON 1300 PRO 8x/4x is with high 3D performence (compare to other two), but if you want only to watch movies to TV, 3D performance is not important.

And possibly you may need to buy a S-Video cable
P.S. Are your PC have AGP Slot? Some barebones dont have!

Yes, I finally found the soyo manual and it has 1 AGP 2.0 compliant slot. At 4x data transfer. But the 1300 says it is AGP 8x. Will my 4x slot impede its performance? Or is there a chance of it not working? If I open the box I don't know if I can return it or not.
"This one ATI  RADEON 1300 PRO 8x/4x" - support AGP 4x, but if you dont play games - get Radeon 9550 - same TV-Out quality and less 3D performance = less expensive :)
