Any way to recover the Outlook Outbox email that was stuck?
Good Morning,
One of our users had quite a few emails stuck in his 'Outbox'. While at his desk I tried a few different things just with a little research and nothing worked. One of those being running 'Repair and Detect'. I restarted his computer and his 'Outbox' is empty now but they're not showing up in his 'Sent' folder. I'm afraid I've lost them. Is there any way to recover them?
He is the only one of our users that this has happened to and twice at that. I've read that a possible cause is when a message is opened in the Outbox, the status of the message has changed and it won't be sent without manually clicking 'Send'. What are the other causes for this. I'd like to be able to educate the user so that this doesn't keep happening.
Thanks for your time,
