One of our users had quite a few emails stuck in his 'Outbox'. &nbsp;While at his desk I tried a few different things just with a little research and nothing worked. &nbsp;One of those being running 'Repair and Detect'. &nbsp;I restarted his computer and his 'Outbox' is empty now but they're not showing up in his 'Sent' folder. &nbsp;I'm afraid I've lost them. &nbsp;Is there any way to recover them?<br />

He is the only one of our users that this has happened to and twice at that. &nbsp;I've read that a possible cause is when a message is opened in the Outbox, the status of the message has changed and it won't be sent without manually clicking 'Send'. &nbsp;What are the other causes for this. &nbsp;I'd like to be able to educate the user so that this doesn't keep happening.<br />
