Cisco 501 Unable to get to internet from workstations, unable to vpn in

I updated my cisco 501 yesterday with help from experts exchange.  I opened up smtp port 25, which is open and exchange is operating now.  

Unfortunately now I am onsite and unable to access internet through the pix, from workstations, I can from the server though. ( dns? )  

Also I am unable to vpn in to work on this remotely.

the above line is your problem, change it to;

access-list nonat permit ip 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.128 255.255.255.192

Never use 'any' keyword in the 'nonat' access-list.
