Greetings, deb0725 !

Copy the account infomation. Delete the account in Outlook. Recreate it. Test if you can receive emails.

See if this solution will help you.

The error seems to be Yahoo or your ISP. Check with their customer support

Best wishes!

Actually - after two days of calling yahoo and sitting on support calls for over 4 hours, they escalated to their Engineers to fix.  They were able to reproduce the problem on their side and had to correct it.  Of course with their fix - we had to clean out the duplicated 4500 plus emails with attachments.

Naturally - there was no explanation given about what the problem was or what they had to do to correct it....if it happens again - I have their number LOL

At least we are receiving email again!

Thank you for the offer for help though!
