Hi,

Maybe first, have a look at http://www.indyproject.org/KB/  (the knowledge base of the Indy project).

About.com has an article and demo of a Mail sender with code source example - Screenshot from D7 - Seem to be what you're looking for:
http://delphi.about.com/od/internetintranet/l/aa020304a.htm

And also their section about Indy
http://delphi.about.com/od/indy/Internet_Direct_Indy_knowledge_base.htm

Have also a look at SwissDelphi - Section Indy
http://www.swissdelphicenter.com/en/indyarticles.php

And the general links for tuto and article at indyporject:
http://www.indyproject.org/Sockets/Docs/Articles.en.aspx.

and the docs
http://www.indyproject.org/Sockets/Docs/index.en.aspx

Hope this help
