* I am looking for good "how to's" on creating and managing resources in SBS2003.  For example, we have 5 conference rooms that need to be available as resources in outlook calendars across the LAN and we need a way to show it on the Sharepoint Services "companyweb" page.

Hi compinfo,
You can create public folders (type calendar) for each of the rooms and then mail enable them.  From there you can publish the calendars to the companyweb.

Now you can use the rooms as resources in scheduling meetings in Outlook.

Cheers!

Thanks M,

So, how/where would I do this on the SBS2003 Server, so that they are exchange folders?  How is this different than creating a CAL-user named "board room" and then using it instead?

Step 1:

Step 2:
Create link to the published calendar in companyweb.
