Convert between datums

I have loads of positions (Lat/Longs on Offshore installations) given to me in European Datum 1950.
The data is currently in an Excel spreadsheet, and I need to convert them to WGS84 before importing them into my map viewer.

Can anyone help me figure out a formula to convert the data?
