I am running Outlook 2000 on a client machine with Exchange 2003 on the server. When inserting a file in a message the browsed documents are out of order. It is not a reversed order but rather a seemingly random order. I had expected this was a problem with the "Arrange Icons by" setting on the My computer View menu. However, the setting is set to "Name" and there is not a problem when viewing files in My Computer. The other Outlook clients on the network are not experiencing this problem.
How can ensure that Insert File dialogue in Outlook displays files in the desired Name order?
