I am unable to connect to remote workstations externally using RWW or RDC We are using a sonicwall tz170 and I have all the ports configured, Internally everything works fine. I ran and reran CEIWC several times manually input the settings. Would it be a good Idea to reinstall RWW using maintenance Mode?

Did you create a policy in the SOnicwall allowing access from the WAN to Lan IP Address of the server running RWW? That is about all I can think of right now.
