Panda Titanium 2006 - unable to run and uninstall

When I try to run Panda I get the message - AVLITE.EXE - Unable to Locate Component. The component not found is
VCL50.BPL.  It then goes on to say that reinstalling may solve the problem.  It won't allow me to reinstall over the current installation because it is more recent than the original install file I am using.  When I try to uninstall, I get the message - Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience...  Any suggestions on how to uninstall?  Thank you.
