What is exactly 'concurrent capable vg'?  
Are there any specific steps for JFS?

A "concurrent capable vg" is one that you can vary online on more than one AIX instance at a time. They are used sometimes in configurations with HACMP configurations or Oracle RAC (pka OPS).
