Outlook 2003 - When user tries to print emails, tasks, or notes the print dialog box is delayed for about 20 seconds


when one of our users selects file > print in outlook the print dialog box does not appear for about 20 seconds (where it gives the option to select the printer). is there a way to fix this?

Is there any possibility you have an offline or non-existent printer in your available printer list that it may be querying and thus locking up on?
