Referenced memory errors are common TOAD errors and are related to the TOAD.exe unable to dereference memory. I have been using TOAD since 2000 and have come across segmentation errors on occassions. Quest support is aware of this problem and everytime I have contacted response was to wait for the next version. :-)

How often does "0xod50385a" referenced memory at "0x04330064" error occur?

Did you upgrade to 9.0 or upgrade from older version of TOAD?

when do you get runtime error ? Do you mind telling me the steps in TOAD? For example: running a sql statement, compiling procedures, functions..etc. Tuning query?
