Deploy an ClickOnce application with WinZip Self Extract

I want to deploy a Visual Basic .Net program with WinZip Self Extractor.
I'm using the ClickOnce tecnology that comes with Visual Studio 2005. And I compress the files that I need in a Zip file
and then I want to execute the "myApp.application" file that will install and run the program.

The .application extension calls the  "Application Deployment Support Library" that in fact is :"rundll32.exe dfshim.dll,ShOpenVerbApplication %1"
I write ".\myApp.application" in Command and Parameter and when I run the Self Extractor file it says:

"Cannot use command file .\myApp.application Windows does not have a program associated to run with it."

If I double click myApp.application file in the destination folder it works fine.
