We are a small IT services company that want to offer our clients a service which remotely monitors their servers and provides weekly/monthly performance reports.

I have seen up.time and it looks interesting. Does anyone have any comments about this ptoduct or any recommendations for an alternative?

Thanks in advance

A lot depends on what your contract(s) say "monitoring" means.

MRTG is pretty good, and the price is right - free. http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/

SilverBack is a for-fee service, but also works wonders. http://www.silverbacktech.com/
