How can I configure outlook 2003 to "live sync" the contacts and the calender in one mailbox to another mailbox?

Hi Experts,

We have a minor problem with a client of ours using outlook 2003, the Managing Directors PA is wanting to be able to update HER calendar and contacts in HER mailbox and have outlook/exchange automatically sync with the Managing Directors to keep them both up to date.  I have already used the plan a meeting, group schedules and created a shared calendar in the public folders, but these are not good enough as she says she has already used the one calendar at her previous job to update the two.

Hope you can help and recieve these 500 points on offer!

Thanks in advance

SA

Hi ShinyApples,

Can the Managing Director share his calendar with the PA?
The PA can then have a side by side view of her calendar and the Managing Director's calendar. This will keep things separate and she has easy access to the Director's calendar.

Or, just have a side by side view of the public calendar.

If that isn't an option, have a look here at BlueDevilFan's awsome talent.
