ADUC snap-in missing in mmc console

The ADUC snap-in is missing in the mmc console.  To add it in you need to use the AdminPak?  Thanks.

yes, you can either download it from the internet or use a 2000 server CD.

i assume you are asking this question regarding a non-domain controller?

Yes it is on a Windows XP Professional workstation.  Do you have a link where I can get it off the internet?
