Resend mail to other email adress

Environment: Exchange Server 2003 on a SBS2003 OS
Question: It's posible that all mail received by exchange server 2003 for an specific adress to be resend a copy of mail automatically to other e-mail adress ???
Example:
All mails sent to my@company.org, exchange automatically send a copy to my@otherdomain.com
It's posible ? How?

create a contact for "my@otherdomain.com" in active directory
open the properties of "my@company.org" in active directory and set forwarding so that emails are forwarded to "my@otherdomain.com"
