I have a user that prints certain emails and the font prints out larger than the original. If he sends it to another user they can print in the normal font size, they are both using Windows 98 Outlook 98. I have tried to print to several seperate printers with the same results.

Greetings, mas4632 !

I assume you do not want the larger font to print.  In Outlook, change the font to normal size and test if it prints properly.

If no joy, earlier versions of Outlook had over printing to Internet Explorer. In IE, change the font to normal for viewing. Then the printing will be normal size.

Best wishes!
