Very simple VB .net questions

I am very new to VB .net and currently using the book "Visual Basic .NET Professional Skills Development Level1" by AppDev to get me going...

I have Visual Studio 2005 install but the book i am using seems to be using an older version of VB .net as examples...

One of the problem I stuck on is the following:

I dont see any MainMenu in the Toolbox in VB .Net 2005, how do i proceed??? i am trying to finish off this example...  and yes, I am truly a newbe here~~

I think its means 'MenuStrip' .. :)
