I have a global security group that I want to delegate the adding and removing of clients to another admin.  What permissions are needed.  Write and create and delete all child objects? or just write?

What permissions are need to allow for a client to be able to add or remove clients from an active Directory Group.

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server.
