How do I make a groupbox or panel look like read-only... i mean, grayed out?

Hi srinivas_vemla;

If you mean that you want all the controls in the container such as a GroupBox to be disabled / Grayed out just make the GroupBox.Enabled = false; and to re-enabled all the controls of in that group box just re-set it like so GroupBox.Enabled = true;.
