How do I set the Default User DSN for all user profiles? I tried setting up a system DSN but that dose not work, The only way is to have the settings show up in the users default User DSN like how access and excel are already there.

Is ther a reg setting or settings that I need to make to make this happen or can this be done some other way?

you need to clarify what you're trying to do; this question does not make any sense to me and i'd be really surprised if it made sense to anyone....    if you're referrring to an odbc dsn and want to make a certain os user profile use that dsn? that sounds like an os level function and even then, i don't think it's possible..  and i certainly know it's not possible from the database level since a dsn is at the os level and the database layer does not worry about a dsn until they attempt a connection, and that connection must be initiated by a user and therefore, is already aware of the dsn it's attempting to connect with..

good luck,
