Also, about 3/4 of the way down on the config, i have an   !incomplete   line. I can't figure out what this is from. Thanks in advance

The incomplete line is due to a an incomplete crypto map for VPN.

crypto map mymap 10 ipsec-isakmp
! Incomplete

For exchange do no fixup smtp 25

the fixup smtp 25 will break exchange

access-list outside_access_in permit tcp any host  eq 3390
access-list outside_access_in permit tcp any <interface ip> eq 25 <-- This will allow email traffic to hit the interface and be accepted.
access-list outside_access+in permit tcp any <interface ip> eq 443

static (inside,outside) tcp external 25 internal 25 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

why do i have to write the "access-list outside_access_in permit tcp any host  eq 3390" first? isn't that irrelevant?

sometimes the acl gets removed when you make changes. worse case it will tell you its a duplicate line
