Glad the problem is fixed. Reinstall Outlook 2003 would have fixed the problem too. But I thought you were not ready to go that drastic route of reinstalling.

I have dragged several favorite folders up into outlook under the favorite folders pane. Every time I reboot, they are gone. Is there a way to retain this setting so the favorites dont dissapear?
