i've had a quick look , but with the old outlook you could change the format of the email from html to RTF and when you selected print it gave you the option to print selected text only.

With outlook 2007 it doesnt seem to have an option like that , that i can see. The only way i can think is to copy and paste the text into ms word and print it like that for now as a work around.

You may try to open the message in the browser and then print the selected the text.

Open the message > Actions > Other Actions > View in browser
