Password sync between AD and NT4 domain

I have to migrate all my users across from one domain to another, but some of them still need to access data from the NT4 domain.  All the user accounts have been created (not migrated) on the new domain.  I can keep the user's profile the same by using moveuser.exe, twice  (domain-->local-->new domain), but I can't figure out a way of syncing their passwords.  This is proving quite difficult and time consuming at the moment.

Is there any way to sync the passwords between the 2 domains?

Thanks,
Steve :)

I don't think you can (with native tools anyway).  If you used ADMT to migrate the account, you might have been able to.

Actually, I just need the changes to go downstream from AD to the NT domain.  Is this possible?

I'm sure there are 3rd party tools to do this, but you're best bet is to create a small VBScript with a form and have user's use that.  In this applet you can set the Password on both servers at the same time.
