How to change the language of my program

I am making a program with regular programming in Visual Basic  6. My problem is I want to change the language of my program. For example:
 - The Caption of the frmMain Window should change to arabic (The Caption option doesnt make the words clear enough, instead it puts question marks bcuz it cannot identify the font).
 - Secondly, using arabic text in my program anywhere possible.

Anybody know what I should do?
Should I use ID's in VB Resource Editor? Or is there an easier way to add the language instead of english.

Thanks for reading

Yes, you should use the resource editor.  You will also have to download and install the arabic fonts you wish to use.

For information on how to use the resource editor add-in and how to implement localization, you can check out here:

You'll need to replace all hardcoded text with variables which are assigned via a resource file.
That way, you can use different language resource files for a specific audience.
