Hi

Did you try to rename the Extend.dat file?
C:\Documents and Settings\<profile>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

cheers,

Reloading Outlook doesn't fix many problems.
Have you recreated the Outlook profile? If not, try that. If that doesn't work, then try a new Windows profile.

Hi ycguy1117,

One more thing to try:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\Outlook.exe"/cleanschedplus

cheers,

Did unchecking the options for Compatibility as discussed in http:/Q_22111686.html#a18248330 also resolve this issue?

If so, I'd like to close this question and refund your points (Expert-Exchange allows a maximum of 500 points per question).

This is what fixed the issue for both problems according to ycguy1117:

"Browse to the Microsoft Office 2003 installation folder (typically
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11) and right-click the actual
Outlook executable (OUTLOOK.exe). Select "Properties" and then click
the "Compatibility" tab. Make sure everything is unchecked and the
application is running normally."

I am refunding the points (500), because this is really the same question as http:/Q_22111686.html
