pc wont boot

Hi experts,

I have a pc, which i think either the mobo or processor has given up, but would like your opinion/ have i missed anything.

The pc wont even post. Absolutley nothing shows on the screen, no bios startup etc. heres what ive done so far

Swapped out the psu with a known good
Ensured the processir is properly seated
Changed the ram sticks into a different slot
Changed the bios battery with a known good
Completely removed all ram, there are no error beeps at all (or startup beep)
There is def power to the mobo, as the processor fan starts, and when i plug in a network cable, the on board nic, regsiters a cable is there (green light comes on)
Ive checked the mobo, and there dosnt appear to be any bad capacitors

The only thing i havent done is swap out the graphics card, however without any error beeps on startup i cant see this being the problem.

Any suggestions?

Seems like without a known working CPU or motherboard, you're stuck.  Perhaps a local computer store can help you out by testing at least your CPU. If it works, then your mobo is gonners.  Else, the CPU is bad.

Absolutely no audible beeps?  If so, then the above applies.

You pretty much covered the most possible things you could do.  Best to get spare parts to assist in testing.
