What is the best way to install Drupal on my windows xp machine

The destination website is apache with php5 and mysql already installed and waiting.  Drupal installers seem to be scarce and I am finding it difficult to install this locally

I have a marketing person who has Windows XP pro installed on her machine.  She wishes to run Drupel.  I will need to install it locally on her machine.  I made sure my web hosting company has both PHP5 and MYSQL installed which they do and have provided me the necessary information for Drupels install.  My problem is, I cannot locate a Windows installer for Drupel.  I did read sometime ago there was one but no luck.  I simply need this application installed properly on her machine.  The current instruction set is made for a unix command line not Windows (at least that is all we can find)
