The cause was ultimately found to be related to built-in Checkpoint firewall rules -aka SMartDefense blocking port 135 traffic and labeling it as ICKiller. &nbsp;Re-working that permitted the .vbs to work.

I'm using useraccount.vbs from the 2000 RK with great success to check the local domain and local servers for locked out accounts. &nbsp;When I try to run this tool across a WAN on certain servers it is incredibly slow - effectively unusable. &nbsp;I can't use Win2003 only tools.<br />

I've googled and found the MS &quot;ALTools&quot; which don't do what I need. &nbsp;<br />
I've also found the joeware.net tool, but that only works on Domain controllers.<br />

Anyone know of another non-gui tool/script that I can try?
