I have a dozen users that only com in through OWA.  Their manager wants rights to their calanders.  Is there a way for me to do this from AD without having to log in as the user?

That permission is considered client side and requires the change to be made on the client.

There are work arounds. Using the tools admodify.net and setperm you can bulk change the permissions.
