Restrict Address list usage

I host three client organizations on my Exchange 2003 server.  Each client has multiple reciepients.  I would like to restrict viewing the GAL and be able to offer an address list just for the client office.  I don't want them to be able to see the other clients we have.  I do have them in their own OU in Active Directory.

Thanks. In System Manager it all looks right, but in my outlook client, I see none of the other address lists.  Must be security.   I also tried in the All Address Lists group. I can not deny listing the contents with that approach.  Aggrivating.
