I am running the following command with ImageMagick:

C:\ImageMagick\convert -quality 100% -mattecolor darkgrey -density 72x72 -units PixelsPerInch -resize 260x D:\demodpsoft\aspupload\files\projekte\809291997_XUP\133190\133190\Documents and Settings\Schmidt\My Documents\My Pictures\lighthouse\PIC_0004.JPG D:\demodpsoft\aspupload\Thumbnails\213103068104\Th_49018-03d.JPG

I get the following error:

convert: missing an image filename `D:\demodpsoft\aspupload\Thumbnails\213103068
104\Th_49018-%03d.JPG'.

Is DOS doing a substitution on the %?  Try -quality "100%"

Also not sure why there is a % before 03d.

Also, D:... should be in "" since your directory names have spaces in them.
