Can I send a large file(300MG) using free internet service?

I would like to send a large file, 300 Megabytes through internet.
Is there any free site to provide this by ftp or large attachement service?

Is that the raw file size?  Can it be compressed?

I dont know exactly how you want to do it, but maybe you could use bittorrent? Make a torrent with the file and post it at any public tracker, and then send the torrent file to the person/persons you want to send the file to. Completely free and unlimited filesize.

you can try to split it for smaller chunks. ARJ can do it work.

Beamfile will work for files of any size, as long as both you and the receiver are connected to the internet....
