Intel SE7501WV2 Server Board Problem

Got a strange problem.

I have the parts to build 5 xeon servers using the Intel Board SE7501WV2 and Intel SR1300 Chassis.
The server is built and the back plane (ATA) is installed.

My problem is the bios and windows 2003 do not see any hard disks, but the post shows the hard disk as does the raid config screen.

The hard disk is a 160 GB Segate Baracuda.

What am I doing wrong?
This is an urgent problem, looking for a quick answer if possible.
