How do I change a website's http:// address

I need to provide a better solution to our users who will be using our new helpdesk web interface. We are sing IIS on a server 2003 statndard OS. The website is under the Default Website at this time. The actual url is currently
http://it-server/tiweb70/scripts/selfservice/TrackItUser.asp

I would like to make it something more like

http://it-server/helpdesk

or just

http://helpdesk

We are trying to go live with this today, so as soon as we have a response we can forward that on to our users.

Thank you.
