I have a user at a site who has delegate access to other users mailboxes. She has them opened in the Outlook Folder list, in Outlook 2003.
She logged a job with us to ask why she was unable to export their contacts to Excel, but she could export her own.
I sat down and had a look, ran through the wizard, it only gives you access to export your own folders to Excel/Access etc. This looks like standard behaviour to me, I have tried it on several computers and it is the same.
I told her that she simply couldn't do it, and ran through how to export to a PST first, open the PST and then export it Excel.
She is absolutely adamant that she has done the export straight to Excel in a previous company, and has a job open with us to fix this "problem" for her.
What I need is something (other than just me saying so) to say that you cannot do this in Outlook so that I can close the job.
Can anyone point at anything that might help?
